I experienced some noise issues from other guests, especially in the mornings, which made sleeping beyond dawn a challenge. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t cooling effectively, and the parking area felt cramped, particularly when snow was present, making it a bit tricky to maneuver. while the common areas were stylish, the acoustics made it hard to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, especially during breakfast hours.

The breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning.

I encountered some communication challenges with the staff, which made it frustrating at times. It was disappointing to have cleaning missed on my first day and a lack of timely responses to my requests.

the bathroom glass walls woudl have been stylish if they didn't make me feel like a fish in a tank. also, who designed that closet? two shelves for a room for two is so imaginative. honestly, I expected a complimentary drink for my troubles, but I guess good service is lost on some people here. just couldn't recommend.

I relished my solo stay in a beautiful room with breathtaking mountain views. Quick access to local hiking spots made planning my adventures seamless. Breakfast offered delightful options, and the friendly staff were always available for tips. Be aware of limited bathroom space. A worthwhile gem in Zakopane!

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, a sauna, a flat-screen TV, and ski storage. The staff even helped me print important documents on my first stay! I highly recommend it for a relaxing trip. I'm coming back soon!
